My practice is evidenced-based, trauma-informed, antiracist, LGBTQIA+, nonmonogomous, and neurodivergent friendly. At this time, I am also receiving both training and consultation in EMDR.
My specialities include: trauma and abuse, perfectionism, childhood trauma/attachment issues, and mood disorders.
